Jennifer Caroline Daum is currently the Branch Manager, working in the department of Mortgage Banking. Her 30 plus years of experience and knowledge in the mortgage loan industry have enabled her to help home buyers find and manage loan plans that are sustainable for them. She also has vast knowledge with refinance home loans in helping current home owners in any situation, whether its debt consolidation, getting a lower rate, home improvements, saving their home, or just answering questions to a specific home owner’s situation. Jennifer will always be there for her current, past andnew clients, every step of the way.

With an Associate's Degree in Business and her learning on the job, Jennifer has developed a nuanced understanding of how various loan types can fit specific situations for borrowers. Many of her clients have come to trust her advice and decision-making due to her success in this field and her compassion in dealing with each one.

Two aspects motivate Jennifer to lead every project with determination and confidence. The first is the joy of learning new things and implementing her knowledge in her work. The second aspect, which also informs the first, is her passion for helping people obtain home ownership. She understands the value of acquiring a dream home while staying within your means, and two of her most recent achievements elucidate that.

She managed to secure a manageable mortgage loan for one of her clients, who an institutional bank turned down. As a result, that client is now the ownof the home of their dreams. In addition, she has also provided a family with an effective financial solution to enable them to stay in their home and avoidforeclosure. These two incidents are among many reminders of why her work helps families stay happier together.

Jennifer's determination to help others also does not stop at her career alone. She donates to the San Diego Food Bank regularly and helps the homelesthrough volunteer work. Aside from that, she also continues to help anyone in need on her own accord.

Jennifer's drive to help others and her community has enabled her to serve as a crucial role model to her four children. Also, despite being married for 20 years and having children who are now adults, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family. Jennifer loves creating new memories with her family - whether it's doing something as simple as talking or cooking together or engaging in adventurous activities like surfing and swimming. Thus, such interactions have helped her understand how important her work can be in bringing families together.
